WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is all about change and growth in areas of your life that are important to you.
In our coaching sessions, I will help you clarify your values and priorities, establish your personal goals and vision for yourself and develop action plans. Through coaching you will be able to let go of the barriers that have been holding you back and craft a path of fulfillment for yourself.
WHAT IS NOT COACHING?
Coaching is not therapy. Although past events and relationships have shaped you in incredible ways, the focus of coaching is to address the gap between where you are right now and where you want to be, so that you can close that gap. It is forward-looking and goal-oriented.
Coaching is not consulting. I am not an expert in your field, and even if our professional backgrounds match, I am not here to tell you what to do. My role is to help you unlock your own resources and uncover your own answers. That's because I believe you are the expert of your own life. I will be doing that by creating a reflective space, making direct observations and asking powerful questions.
