Coaching + Training for loved ones
of those with mental health issues

Whether you are the parent, partner, child, sibling or friend of someone struggling with a mental health or behavioral issue, being in this situation can be very difficult and overwhelming. This is exacerbated by the fact that there are very few resources available to guide those in your position.

On the one hand, you might be wondering how to best support them and feel lost or helpless. On the other hand, you are probably also struggling yourself as a result but find it difficult to take care of yourself. 

 

Through coaching, you will be able to clarify what is and what isn't in your control and you will develop the knowledge and skills you need in order to best support yourself and your loved one.

 

We will not only focus on how to cope with these challenging situations, but we will also be looking in depth at your values and aspirations and making sure you move towards them and feel more fulfilled as a whole. 

 

Our sessions will likely consist of a mix of mental health training and coaching, although this will depend on your unique needs.
